👥 Gathering & Guest Policy
The maximum number of overnight guests is 8.
A gathering is defined as more than 12 people on the property at any time, including day visitors.
All gatherings or events must be pre-approved at booking and may be subject to an event fee and additional terms.
Security deposits will be required for gatherings, along with a signed rental agreement. This is handled through our channel manager system after booking.
Unauthorized events or gatherings may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
